John 3:16

For God so greatly loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes, clings to, relies and trust in Him will not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have everlasting (eternal) life.

There are times that life is hard ... we do things that we don't want to do and fall ... or maybe we don't really "know" God.  It says in the bible that if we confess our sins and turn to God he will forgive us.  When i was young I was taught how to understand the meaning of repentence.  It is agreeing with God that He is right and I was wrong.  Turning away from the sin and turning to God and accepting His forgiveness.  If you are reading this and haven't received Jesus as your personal savior I invite you to confess with your mouth and say out loud to God that you need Him and that you thank Him for sending Jesus to save you from your sin.  Jesus willingly gave his life to save yours.  It says in John 14:6....Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me."  If you have received Jesus as your personal savior and you have sinned then all we need to do is confess that sin and know that God hears your prayer and he cast that sin and remembers it no more.  Hebrews 8:12.  Trust God in whatever you are faced with.  Know that He loves you more than you can ever imagine and walk with your head up knowing that He has a plan for your life.  Ask the Holy Spirit to give you revelation on what that purpose is and then start walking toward it.  I pray God bless you and keep you!  Phyllis
